Reliable Hydroponics is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you, and we strictly adhere to the requirements of GDPR. What We Collect 
We may collect the following information:

Name, address, telephone number, email address when going through our checkout (we do not store card details). First name and email address when signing up to our newsletter.
IP addresses are logged by our server when visiting our website.
We use Stripe and Paypal for payment processing. At no point do our servers have access to any card details, anything you enter related to payments is direct with the chosen company. Each month our servers are wiped and all data securely deleted (You will see order numbers returning to 001 each time). Data held with the banks is not in our control and is between you and the processing bank.

How We Use Any Information Gathered
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: 

To process web orders, ensuring that your chosen items reach their destinations safely.
In order to process credit/debit card transactions, PayPal, & Stripe, our payment processors, may require your personal details for authorisation outside the EEA (European Economic Area). .
When delivering your order, our delivery companies, Fastway, will use your full name, address, telephone number and email in order to provide you with a swift delivery service. 
We utilise Google Analytics and Google Cloud in order to deliver the best web experience possible. For this reason, Google will be aware of IP addresses and information on browsing activity.
Facebook activity and analytical data will be logged on Facebook’s servers. 

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Our email system is secure using Proton Mail and is held on servers in Switzerland.


How We Use Cookies
